- Contact and enquiry form: name, work email, company, role, project type, project summary, timeline, approximate user scale, whether the work is a new build or existing system, and your consent record.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages requested and timestamps, recorded in server logs for security and reliability.
- Cookie preferences: your choice on the cookie banner is stored in your browser.
- Recruitment: if you email us about a role, the details you send (such as your CV and contact information).
Please do not send passwords, credentials, source code, customer datasets or regulated personal information through the website form.
Why we use it

Contact and RFP form handling
Form submissions are stored in our content management system and sent to our team by email. We may record them in our internal CRM or workflow tools to manage the enquiry, and we may send you an acknowledgement email. Submissions are not published.

Retention
We keep enquiry and recruitment information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including follow-up and reasonable business records, and then delete or anonymise it. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
